Get R.I.P.P.E.D. with Nora!  This class will use Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance to improve your strength and cardio fitness levels.  Use the music to inspire you for a full body workout. 

Class is on Thursdays from 8:30-9:30am.  Register early and you get 8 weeks of classes for $48!
