New Ballet Fitness Class
Join our new instructor Jennifer Kerber at The Lifelong Learning Center for the ALL NEW Ballet Fitness class. Fridays from 9-10 am! Using fitness balls, bands, and a ballet barre this class provides a low-impact total body workout focused on core strength, weight placement and body alignment.
With the Progressing Ballet Technique (Ballet on a Ball), exercises will be introduced with a gradual approach and repetition that trigger muscle memory and improved fitness. No previous ballet or barre experience required. Class starts Sept 10 with in-person or Zoom options, only $30 for 7 weeks of classes
